A psychologist by education, a dancer by passion, and a woman who walked her own path from chaos to balance.

Today, I help women connect their body and mind so they can feel absolutely fantastic about themselves! I combine knowledge from psychology, movement, dance, and bodywork so you can build healthy habits with ease – not pressure.

I met Dorota during an incredibly inspiring workshop she led on cyclicity in women’s lives. She shared a wealth of knowledge, good energy, and motivation. She equipped us with practical nutritional tips tailored to different phases of the menstrual cycle and boosted our strength and sense of femininity through shared dance. After this meeting, I had the great pleasure of reviewing her e-book about PCOS, in which she beautifully and accessibly combines the neurological, physiological, and psychological aspects underlying this disorder. The substantive part of the publication was enriched with valuable, practical tips on how to support the body daily to reduce PCOS symptoms.
