A psychologist by education, a dancer by passion, and a woman who walked her own path from chaos to balance.
Today, I help women connect their body and mind so they can feel absolutely fantastic about themselves! I combine knowledge from psychology, movement, dance, and bodywork so you can build healthy habits with ease – not pressure.
