I'm Doris

I spent twelve years going from doctor to doctor before anyone said: it's PCOS. That diagnosis was a lot of things - scary, validating, overwhelming - but it was also the beginning of actually understanding my own body.

I have a background in psychology and I'm a dance instructor, and movement has been part of my life for over 25 years. I spent couple of years learning about PCOS from different perspectives. Today I bring together everything I know about the mind, the body and how they talk to each other - because that's what finally made the difference for me.
