My name is Dorota Ilczuk — I help women take root in healthy habits and feel safe in their own bodies so they can move through each day calmer, more confident and fully in tune with themselves, once their hormones are working for them and their heads stop spinning from conflicting advice. I spent twelve years shuttling from one doctor’s office to another before I finally heard the words “it’s PCOS.” That sentence up-ended my world, yet it also opened the door to a new life.

Trained as a psychologist I know that thoughts and emotions can lift our health up or pull it down with the same force. My love of movement led me onto the dance floor; as a dance instructor I see daily how moving the body loosens tight muscles and lets us reclaim femininity on our own terms. Meanwhile, the technical side of my brain — sharpened at the Warsaw University of Technology and in more than ten years of project work — transforms all of this into a clear, effective action plan.

I believe in a holistic approach to PCOS: regulation, not restriction. That’s why I weave together bodywork, lifestyle, emotions and nervous-system support to calm the hormonal storm without pressure, control or obsession. I found my balance this way; now I invite you to discover yours.
